Deposition Services

The use of Video Depositions has increased significantly in the past 5 years, not only due to their efficacy during court, but also due to the value they bring to the entire litigation process.

Here are just a few of those values:

Witnesses tend to be more forthcoming when they know they are being filmed
Video shows not only what was said, but how things were said; nuances of tone, eye movement, fidgeting are all captured
Jurors respond better to video than being ‘read to’ from the deposition
Video depositions reveal to a lawyer how the person may present before a jury

How it works:

We scout your location to make sure that we will have the signal needed.
We log into your streaming account of choice (Facebook or Youtube, or if you another RTMP account we can connect to that as well)
We stream your event!

Based in the Berkshires, MA, I’ve worked with wide variety of Directors and Producers on award-winning projects.

Over the past decade, I’ve been involved in a number of film projects, taking on roles from Director of Photography to Production Assistant. My expertise lies in Cinematography and Camera Operation.

I excel at leading small crews or managing all aspects of content capture. This includes Producing, Interviewing, Lighting, Camera Operation, Audio Engineering, and Post-Production. To meet the needs of small- to medium-sized productions, I collaborate with a talented team of local video professionals.

My ability to adapt quickly to unpredictable environments stems from frequently juggling multiple roles in local productions. With experience in diverse professional and sensitive settings, I bring flexibility, reliability, and a solutions-driven approach to every project.
